@ kidogo, night no. 1

Last night two very good friends of mine and I went to a life drawing class with complimentary tea and timtams, and had an excellent evening of drawing! We drew a series of poses, from quick 5 minute poses, 10 minutes, then 25. One of my friends, in his wanton enthusiasm forgot any of his materials, and created an awesome composition from fitting the various bodily poses around each other to conserve the page space. I shall ask him to post it! :3
These are some of my drawings, I worked mostly with charcoal on A1 paper, but also a little in my moleskine too

Afterwards, we were given a lift home by an old lady who lives in Coobellup. We reasoned that as we had no idea where it was, the comparative distance to going out of her way to drop us home was but a fraction of the journey she would undertake ~ so no big deal. Interesting to consider, if you bother to go so far may as well eat a pig as well.
Turns out Coobellup is next to Hammy Hill so nevermind then.
The atmosphere travelling home was queerly comical. Tuned to her favourite grannyradio loud enough to dissuade conversation, we had barely talked to her at all beforehand, and I sat on the edge of my seat, inexplicably almost overwhelmed with humour at the circumstances, watching the amber lights flitting by outside.
